Says it all really, on average Skrtel played in 68% of our PL matches since joining, our average position was 5-6 with 66.8 points.
Depending on your point of view he was a victim of our ineptness during that period or a cause.

Those figures are heavily weighted by the first 2 seasons when we averaged 81 points across the 2 seasons when Strtel played in only 48% of the games.
In the last 6 seasons when most would consider Skrtel a regular or 1st team starter its an average of 31.3 or 82% PL games played, average position of 6th with average points 62.8.
