This is how he used to play in our reserves and I would keep bumping the thread.

But every time I did he let me down for the first team, so it's a case of wait and watch if Klopp can keep him flowering.
    One tit for another.

I have a theory about hair and change in performances.
And there we are, my theory holds. When Lucas got rid of his lank hair he was transformed like a reverse Samson. Basically it indicates someone getting serious.

Like most young players, he's has his ups and downs.
last night was definitely one of his ups.........the more ups he has, the greater his confidence will be and he'll become more and more important to how Klopp's side will function.
            Encouraging.

Ibe is in the UEFA team of the week - rather awkwardly shoehorned into a traditional winger role though.

As it's 3 at the back he might have to play a wingback role
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Ibe played well, but he needs to do that every week. When he does we will have a real player on our hands.
                  Forwards.......

Well either that or he improves quickly in the short term and becomes a regular first teamer like Sterling
tbh dan he has the talent and the manager to help him become a top player

And it would explain why Sakho didn't make the team of the week too

Liverpool duo Jordon Ibe and Divock Origi have been named on the 40-man shortlist for this year’s Golden Boy award.

The award, won most recently by Raheem Sterling in 2014, is voted for by journalists across the continent to determine Europe’s best young player aged under 21.

Ibe needs game time, young talented but inconsistent and that bit raw. He needs to develop & seems to have a good relationship with Klopp but it'll be interesting to see how often he is used. It would be great if he could get more game time, as we are sorely lacking pace and width going forward & sitting on the bench will do him or us no favours.
