I'm not happy with performance today. However, in the grand scheme of things, Rodgers has failed to get the team motivated since the Aston Villa debacle. If he struggled against Palace, we weren't suddenly going to turn up today.

I'm slightly more concerned with the lack of fight in the players today, which makes me think there is something happening in the background.

Was just about to post the same thing. Get it done, teams have already started signing players we don't have time to mess about

The players involved should be fined a weeks wages.

Use that to reimburse the travelling fans, and give the rest to local charities.

Then make the ****ers come back extra early to start pre-season.

We'll probably wait. Surely the only one we have our eyes on is Klopp and he won't be free to discuss stuff til after the cup final on Saturday.

Almost seems to suggest Gerrard, Suarez and Sturridge were motivating the squad last season and not so much Brendan.

Hes got to go but I have a horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach that he will stay on and Ayre will be left running things with nothing changing.

More important to get somebody better than Rodgers than to pull the trigger on him (Rodgers) as fast as possible.

                    Monchi & Klopp in.

Time for the club to show how ambitious they are. They need to stop trying to be too clever and put in the experience and knowledge needed.

He absolutely has to go especially given the managerial options available in the market this season. The atmosphere next season will be toxic at the first sign of struggle if he stays.

If that's the case for the defence

The word untenable was created for situations like this.

How does Brendan turn this round? We don't play again for months. I said pre-Match I think that he had lost critical mass in support for him, so no idea where this result leaves him.

The end of this season, where we had it all to play for, has been a joke. Rodgers can't be exempt from responsibility for a bunch of ****house performances from the team. He is responsible for the team, it's tactics and morale. All of which are an utter mess. As a club we surely don't accept the run of results Weve been on? Surely there are no excuses?

In any sport, he'll, in any job, you don't survive a run of performances like we've just put in for 2/3 months. You can't fire the entire squad (sadly) so you bin the man who is accountable for performance.

                        Every day of the week.

Absolutely. Don't **** around. No point in an end of season review. Make the decision and move on.

It's the only show of strength and proves to the fans that someone in the organisation has a set of balls.

Can is not suited to play right back. Everyone knows that. No striker upfront.
I would like to blame the players for the lack of fight but it is difficult when the manager shoots his own team with that baffling decision.

Is there anyone left who still wants him to have one more season?
