Thanjk you.

I have always been a Rodgers fan. I'm sad for him that it's ended up this way.
The season in 13-14 was one of the most exciting times to be a LFC fan, as we nearly beat all the odds. To say it was all about Suarez is a convenient stick those that never liked him use. Suarez had plenty of off-days and it was Skrtels goals, the emergence of Sterling through the middle and Stevie in the DM role that gave that team an edge beyond the front two. We all hoped he could repeat that season, but a combination of losing big players and then losing confidence in himself led to this. The player turnover has been too dramatic to establish anything in the short term. And Rodgers himself has been blind to some obvious faults in the team. At the end I think he can have no complaints, but many regrets. I will always hold him in high regard.
I'm certain FSG cannot have taken this decision without having Klopp lined up. He would unite the fan base again, and hopefully go that one step further than Rodgers did. Doing that will not be easy. I certainly don't expect Klopp to waltz in and win the league without making his changes to players and style, which will take time. The fan base needs to rediscover patience, a bit of calm when some results/performances don't go our way, and most of all get behind the players and Klopp especially on the bad days. Onwards and upwards.
Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson was left to tell the players that manager Brendan Rodgers had been sacked.
The England midfielder was tasked with delivering the news to his team-mates by the Anfield hierarchy following the 1-1 draw with Everton on Sunday.
Sportsmail also understands that while players are saddened by the Northern Irishman's departure they are excited about the prospect of Jurgen Klopp arriving as his successor and are hopeful the German can make an immediate impact.
Rodgers was dismissed hours after the derby clash at Goodison Park, although the decision to part ways with the 42-year-old was made more than a week ago by the club's Fenway Sports Group (FSG) owners.
He was informed via a phone call from Mike Gordon, FSG president, while Henderson was asked to break the news to the Liverpool squad.
Players had no idea that Rodgers's departure was imminent but were not shocked when the axe fell after weeks of speculation over the manager's future.
A source said: 'It was always thought that the owners would wait until Christmas and if they were not in the top six then they would have a decision to make.
‘The speculation would not go away but the timing - after a win and a draw - was interesting.
'Jordan was asked to deliver the news.
'There is sadness at the way it worked out with Brendan but an acceptance that it's football and these things happen.
'There is a belief that the new man can come in and provide an immediate impact.'
So we get Klopp in, see the inevitable new manager improvement, there's a buzz about the place etc.......how long will it be will Brendan Rodgers is interviewed and say that Liverpool have improved this season because Sturridge and Henderson etc have become available and that he'd have seen in improvement in performances if they were available to him??

Who cares? But in all.seriousness the malaise hanging over the club was here to stay with Rodgers at the helm IMO.
this time next year rodgers will be saying that he laid the foundations, he said it would take time for the new players to settle in to the group and get the right mentality, the group has now become outstanding, etc.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger
too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

If it's virtually the same squad, then he'd be well within his rights to do so
Though I do like the fact that we'll be doing so well that he'll try and claim credit for it
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet

i think it will be mostly the same squad, but maybe there will be less BS and more motivation and heart from the manager, players ready to go out and give it up for klopp and the fans, Anfield rocking, banners and flares everywhere, glory days
all brendans work though.
