Well the players will have to take some of the blame.Originally posted by BigChief View PostI agree, same thing is now happening to Southampton too. For all their team pressing and working as one unit they are now being picked off. Seems like a lot of managers need to get the hairdryers out before xmas.
If we beat Norwich and West Ham, both at home, we could conceivably be 2nd again should other results go our way. Fail to pick up 6 points due to Rodgers' "blind spots" then he will be solely to blame.

I can fault Rodgers for some of his selection choices, but that team he put out yesterday should have pumelled Hull. Let's be honest. It was piss poor from the players, worst performance I've seen in a very long time

At least we don't need to dwell on it too long - let's hope we bounce back on Wednesday night.Substance > Style

Do you know what, I said yesterday morning I wasn't confident about the Hull game. I don't think we'll beat Norwich either. With the tough run of fixtures coming up, West Ham and Norwich need to be despatched.Originally posted by ronanm View PostIt was terrible. But manager and players are to blame.

Yesterday's result was a right kick in the nuts. Sickner

seeing manure and spuds draw gave me hope we could capitalize on their slip ups.
hull knew we have a very limited goal threat. just double up on suarez, no sturridge to worry about. our midfield were no where near to supporting any attack, the defence were lost at sea. we could have conceded a couple more, yet we looked like we might never score.
is the manager seeing this...
hopefully he is tearing into them at half time and after the game. shambolic.
wrt the rodgers signings, if they were all fit and he put out a team that included most/all of them would they cut it. we really need to be addressing our immediate needs first. get CL football back, then lets slide a few 'promising youngsters' into the squad.
64m...
£17m Sakho, £15m Allen, £11m Borini, £7m Aspas, £7m Alberto, Ilori 7m.
how many of them are essential picks for our starting 11...
removing all the weak links makes us stronger
too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

I think Shaggy said last week that Arsenal would lose at Cardiff and we'd beat Hull to go 1 point off top. I blame him. He always gets it spectacularly wrong on predictions
