Wow, Wenger has 14 years on the next one.
            * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

Fair play to Arsene, nearly two decades there.

He's a brilliant young manager, however i have to admit to having one slight gripe.

We never seen to grab a late winner or equaliser in games under him. Id like to see us really go for it in the last 10 minutes - something we never seem to do. We did this regularly under Rafa, and all the good teams over the years had this ability.

I thought the same on Sunday...can't remember the last time we scored a last minute/late winner.

Agreed, and I think parts of it is because we don't really have any game changers to come in off the bench. It makes a lot of sense we wen't for someone for the final third this window that considered.

The teams above us have game changers on the bench, that can get in fresh legs that can provide the game winners - we simply don't. They are all in the start 11. We don't have the player to make the assist or go at goal himself anywhere.

Last gasp header for the draw vs Everton this season is all I can remember of that sort of goal oh and last year the wrongly disallowed goal vs Everton from Luis.

                        Ah yeah

                        That's about it though eh.

Yup, pretty rubbish to be honest.

It does seem that on the whole we're either winning comfortably or we're beaten and not likely to get back into the game. Bar the draw with Villa I can't remember there being too many "tight" games for us.

I agree to an extent, but it was only in Rafa's third year that the players had enough faith in his methods and belief in themselves, that they pulled those last gasp points out of the bag. Perhaps this will come with time?

The last minute goals or whatever, I think that is related to the lack of bench and squad options. Look at the last late, late goal - that was when Sturridge came on as a sub, wasn't it? There was an impact player who had an effect, it changed the game. I don't think you could say that Aspas, Alberto or Moses have that level of game changing quality.

Also, he does kind of line up with his strongest available 11 every game. It doesn;t leave anything for springing a surprise late on.

Yossi off the bench. Quality squad option...
