Agree. In fact I've always had the impression he's a Liverpool fan.

Good interview with him & Carra that.
      3rd place. Worst champions ever.

          This should be it...

Just been thinking about Rodgers recently. I like his style, the way he handles himself in interviews and the like. I like what he has to say, its what we all want to hear. I like his philosophy on how he wants us to play. But I do have doubts on his tactical nous at times both in how we set up pre game and his ability to change things mid game when its not working. Its fine having a plan A however all teams need to change to plan B at times. He's still relatively young and learning so its not a major concern at this point. That's all, I don't want him replaced or anything.

He's got plenty of plans. The plan A, plan B thing - I thought that was put to bed half way through last season? Its not like the team plays anything remotely similair to his first few months in charge.

Funny thing that interview he did with Carragher, he made reference to stopping at traffic lights and getting thumbs up from fans rather than abuse. Well, two days before that interview, he pulled up at the junction opposite my work (the one where the infamous pic of Ayre on his super mo-ped was taken) and I nodded at him in his Porsche Panamera and gave him the thumbs up. He's clearly, undoubtedly remembering that shared moment in his interview.

obviously not put to bed as I've raised the subject. I don't think he's a very good 'in game' manager. Imo its where at present he comes up a little short.

Maybe, but he is kind of stifled by the options he has in the squad. The tiki taka dimension is gone now though.

He defo cant be accused of not having a plan b or whatever, he's tried about 20 different styles and formations since he's been here, some in the same game! Though most passing managers get that criticism as apparently only hoofing to a big lad or centre back upfront counts as a plan b.

Wasn't he talking about the 4-0 allowing him a different response to bitters goading him at the lights?

Don't ruin it. He beamed back at me and showed me the teeth. He didn't know who I supported! Too much of a coincedence

Was he revving the car ? I'd guess it was a nervous smile whilst thinking "**** get me away from here!!"

He was applying his chapstick and checking it on his pull down mirror, smacked his lips and it all looked a bit strange at first, I'll be honest.
