We are one forward and thats rodgers fault. Thats why fsg need to buy two in january.

Actually we have 2, but one broke his foot.

Is it Rodgers fault? I got the impression Carroll going out was dependant on us bringing someone in which we didn't do, you're making assumptions that it was all Rodgers. More likely its a combo of him, Ayres and FSG getting it wrong together

Right which still wasnt enough because he tried to buy dempsey too.

            Is Dempsey really a striker?

Doesn't make keeping Carroll any more worth while.

I thought it was a complete breakdown in communication, hence the JWH open letter and their subsequent apology in the run up to the impending window.

Dempsey isn't a striker, but he may have gotten us goals from midfield. We don't have that.

Forward player. carroll would play centrally to the other two inside forwards.

We'd be no better positioned in the league if Andy Carroll was still here, that's the bottom line.

That sounds ****ing awful. Carroll's utter lack of game intelligence and movement would be horrible and I doubt it would have helped Suarez becoming the current top scorer.

Thats my point. Rodgers spent his kitty and then tried to force fsg into a corner by wanting dempsey too. He moved carroll out to make this even more urgent but fsg called him out.

                          They didnt budge.

You're guessing that is what Rodgers did.

Too be fair though, a lot of being a football fan is connecting the dots.
                              *Except Michael, who died.

Mate carroll would be our option from the bench. But at least he there because right now we have no one.
