Been told a couple of senior LFC players tore strips off the boss after Saturday's defeat, after he'd "had a go" at Kolo.

Won't use the word used to me about the dressing room but it wasn't "harmonious".

@Kirkthedog Since I tweeted it others have confirmed the same story to me, naming the same names I was given

@Corballyred @SachinNakrani @moolag Just passing on what I was told, from more than source.

I'm mid conversation with Boardman about this on twitter.
Who gives a ****? dressing room's aren't meant to be harmonious places and footballers having a row in the dressing room is hardly news.

    Sensational bollocks of a tweet.

Source this, confirmed to me by others that.

Really? he's been anti Rodgers for ages now.

And this is the problem, that **** has 55k followers, the ripple effect of him tweeting that in the way he did is huge
The King was back for a short while. Long live The King.

hopefully all this bull**** will help harness a team spirit.....an "us-against-the-world" feeling in the squad..... Rodgers next team meeting should be one big ****in gee-up....the message being "everyone has basically written us off, but we still have something to play for this season.....we get back to winning ways and before we know it we could be in an FA Cup final and with Man City on the ropes, then you never know we could still have something to say about top 4 as well"

As for Rodgers future at the end of the season, there is not much use in saying "Rodgers out" without having a viable alternative to come in. Who is going to make us better.....while still adhering to the FSG transfer policies? People say De Boer or Klopp and perhaps they might tow the FSG line in the short term but in reality, would De Boer / Klopp have done much better than Brendan if they had the squad we have had this season - with the injuries we had thrown into the mix? I'm not so sure. We haven't managed to replace the goals that Suarez scored last season but at the same time Sturridge has been ****in useless to the squad this year because of his injuries. Is that Brendans fault? Yes and no - he sanctioned the replacements to Suarez (who have been ****e) but had Sturridge maintained his fitness - or some decent level of it - then i am pretty much certain there were a lot of draws that could have been wins early on in the season. The fact that we have spent ****loads on the defense is much more worrying - because Lovren and Moreno quite frankly haven't worked out at all. With the exception of when we first went to 3-at-the-back, the defense has been a ****in car-crash all year. As it was last season as well but the goals we scored masked that...

Brendans biggest problem will be the conversation he will have to have with the owners regarding transfers in this summer. At the bare minimum, he needs to get a top midfielder and he needs to get a top right back - and probably a centre back too. And at least one striker as well. If he goes in and asks for another £100m, then the owners will have good cause to question whether he is the man to spend this cash. Especially if De Boer's agent is sniffing around promising that his man can bring the best up-and-coming talent from the dutch league....like Koeman did for Southampton but only better. That could be enough to give John-W a non-Linda-induced hard on.

For me, Brendans best tactic would probably be to go in for the end of season review and say basically that we are better than we have shown this season. The integration of all the players at the start of the year was a cluster**** but that if we were to buy another 6 or 7 then it would be counter-productive. Hold your hands up with regards to Balotelli and say "look it was a calculated risk that hasn't paid off, if we can get £8m upwards then we should take it....and hopefully he would **** off because he wants to play for Italy in the euros". Ask for Milner on a free, maybe someone like Montoya for £6m or whatever he would cost and a centre back to replace Kolo Toure. Also Lacazette / Vietto if possible - to replace Balotelli and Borini. Add in Origi and all of a sudden we have a refreshed squad.

If we integrate Teixeria and Wisdom into the squad as well - and also have Ibe and Flanagan fit and ready to add value to the squad, then things could be looking up.

Brendan should also say that we will use the likes of Teixeria, Wisdom, Harry Wilson, Rossiter, Ojo and Williams in the capital one / europa cups next season and really push strong again in the league. With one important game most weeks then we should be much better....

He's an absolute cunt that bloke. I could really lay into him but he's probably reading this and I can't be arsed with all his 'anonymous' trolling, stalking etc. If you're reading this, you fat dribbling cunt, go **** yourself.

But he is an absolute ****ing ****** with a massive anti-Rodgers/pro-Benitez agenda. Waste of time paying any attention to him.

I thought there was something in his anti Rodgers stance.

All very strange tbh support the club not the man, I guess it's easy to associate praise to the players when it goes well and criticism to the manager when it's not.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
