I watched the England game and thought he was excellent but seeing all of his touches like that in a compilation makes it look even more impressive. What a player, an absolute Rolls Royce of a footballer. My favourite footballer ever.

Yip, you have to give Susan Black credit. She has vastly improved his technical play.

That was probably one of his best games I've seen in a long time.

Everything was functioning, his passing, crossing, scoring and he looked extremely fit.

If he can stay injury free this could be an outstanding season for him.

To be honest, he was the only guy on the that didn't have to run very much, plus Moldova isn't the best team in the world...

Steven Gerrard had to be held back from confronting a crazed fan who screamed abusive comments that included vile threats against the England captain's family at Liverpool's Melwood training ground.
The Liverpool skipper was practising free-kicks with team-mate Philippe Coutinho when the unnamed male began directing abusive comments towards him from outside the ground's walls.
Gerrard initially ignored the abuse, but reacted after the comments became personal with the man shouting: 'I know where you live ya p****... I'll burn your f****** house down.
Liverpool assistant manager Colin Pascoe held Gerrard back as he went to confront the man.
The club's kit manager Lee Radcliffe then ran from the field outside the ground to intercept the male, before he fled on a bicycle while shouting: 'I'll kill you and your f****** kids'.

The kit manager chased him? Don't we have security?
I can picture in my mind a world without war, a world without hate. And I can picture us attacking that world, because they'd never expect it.
