That was Charlton away wasn't it - won 4-0 on the last day of the season, just a few days after we'd completed the Treble.

Gerrard v Charlton was at Anfield a season or two later.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

As we have seen with loan players =, Lower leagues is not always best.

Probably better here a couple of seasons then maybe a league one club when an opportunity arises.

I Say get him involved now , you see how much he is respected around the globe

Even if it means signing youngsters , imagine Stevie training them

keep reading how he made every new signing welcome at LFC , that touch goes a long way

I went to the Liverpool v Southampton on New Years Day in 2001, the one where he scored that screamer from about 40 yards into the top middle of the goal past Paul Jones - I remember the whole of the ground being stunned by what had happened before the celebrations kicked off . The speed he'd put on it was amazing. He was really up for it that day - he'd tried to do the same thing about 5 minutes earlier in the match and only narrowly missed.

There aren't many that could hit it like him at his peak.

Stevie was pure Hollywood... I felt he lost something under Rafa (and obviously gained a lot too... positional discipline etc... In fact reminds me of where Sturridge is at).
In the beginning, Fowler created the Heaven and the Earth.

I was at the match that he scored that screamer from the right hand side against boro. The camera view was almost exactly the view I had of it.
I remember one time we were linked with some nobody and we were all watching the obligatory highlights reel on you tube and I remarked how feckin amazing Stevie would look for an supporter from another club watching a video of him. If they had been living in a cave obviously.
