Sounds to me like Eto'o fired a broadside at Rafa there.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

If a player is willing to accept that it's Rafa's way, and is happy to then knuckle down and work hard, they'll get on just fine. Players who needed a softer approach werent going to get it from rafa. Rightly or wrongly, he deals with his players with one style, only one style and that's it. Some players will respond well to this, others wont.

the fact is that all managers have some people respond to them and some that dont. i have to agree that i would like to see a broader approach from rafa but its far from the worst apporach is it.

what is the worst approach? savaging your players and eating chunks of their faces off?

I didnt say it was the worst approach, did i?

I think he should've been more receptive to different players and their different personalities, as this would've given him more chance of getting the best out of the players. But hey-ho.

Not directly, but you replied to my post and felt the need to specify that it's not the worst approach (and then sought clarification on that viewpoint), which was unnecessary, in the context of a reply to the post you were quoting and replying to.

But anyway, it's a thread about Rafa at Inter, rather than how he did things at LFC.

Good on Rafa for speaking out. Whatever he did for LFC was for the good of the club.

I imagine he can speak freely now, regardless of any confidentiality clauses that may have been included in his pay off - i would imagine Hicks has far too much on his plate to be thinking about suing rafa for anything he may say now.
