I think I'm one of the few that actually rates Moyes higher than most of our fanbase.

He's done an exceptional job at Everton. If he'd done that at a La Liga club, he'd be shortlisted for the Real Madrid job alongside whatever big name is being mentioned. He deserves a crack at a bigger job in England.

Obviously, I'd rather they got Moyes than Mourinho or Pellegrini, but he's an exception to usually overrated British managers.

I sort of agree with you. He's done about as good as Sam Allardyce did at Bolton but at least they are playing OK football now.
