Its definitely a good fit. Rafa's style and ethos is based on the all conquering AC Milan Side of the the 90's. Arrigo Sacchi

Football in general and the Italian league specifically have changed a lot since then. Fair Point. But I think his style suits Serie A, tactically and mentally.
