I'd imagine he feels gutted, it was his dream job. He'll get a decent pay-off and it won't be long before he's working elsewhere. He's been a good manager wherever he's been, but the pinnacle of his career so far is still with us.

Mind you winning the CL with that Liverpool side was a hell of an achievement.
