If the only thing said after the game yesterday was 'jolly good show lads, terrible bad luck' then there wouldn't be an awful lot of chat on here. As it is, I bumped this thread because Skrtel was being singled out as the anti-christ to blame for the entire fall of our season, which he isn't. Clearly. Quite ironic when you think about it

That's one weird reaction! Give Sakho undeserved stick because Skrtel was getting some grief after being woeful on both goals. Each to their own!

Not really. Sakho, IMO, was dead lucky that his poor spell didn't put us further behind.

Indeed. As it happens I didn't agree with you, but ultimately you've expressed an opinion a pretty reasonable way, and in that situation I don't really understand why anyone would feel the need to argue the person instead of the point.

Sakho did have a period when he was poor. He didn't cost us the game though.

Even if he did cost us 2 goals, I'd still rather him try to play it out of defence every time rather than just hoof it. Same with Mig or any of our defenders.

On that note, whenever Mig has no options so goes long, why does he always aim for wee Raheem?

It's really quite strange. When the team weren't doing so well you verbally abused anyone who criticised our players/manager. Now that we are looking good you are determined to criticise Skrtel as often as possible and try to mock those who defend him.
