Was telling that after a few attempts in the first half that West Ham pretty much stopped trying to get at Sakho with the rough house stuff.


They would still try to close him down but did not try to slam into him after he played the ball, whereas with Can and Skrtel they kept trying to clatter them even after they played the ball.

I think Sakho has been much improved, but I would say that about every single player in the team since the switch in formation. At some point we will switch back to a flat back 4 and that's when I want to see players like Sakho show us that they have really improved for the better.
