On Glen or Dejan it's a difficult one.
In our formation & style the outer defenders function better when they have pace & mobility and are comfortable in possession.
Of course, they also have to be able to defend. I'm not sure Dejan is mobile enough to carry it off when a speedy winger gets inside our wing backs and at the CB's. he'll either be skinned or will just have to drag them down.
Sakho has been great because he can defend, has pace & height and is mostly okay when passing the ball out. Can isn't as much a defender, but is exceptional in possession.
Skrtel is in the centre so gets to do what he's good at, win the ball coming into the box and throwing himself at everything.
If Skrtel got injured I'd put Lovren in the middle all day long. As its Sakho, I'm undecided on Glen & Lovren.Forwards.......Comment
