Yep great to see. He scored and assisted reasonably regularly in a good Southampton side and there's no reason he shouldn't score and assist more regularly for us. If he scores 4 or 5 between now and May he might just save himself.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

He'd been out of form, so deserve to be benched. But I see a player in there, hope he manages to show it more often.
      He'll be flying after today

He needs the confidence to drive into the penalty area and do something early. He has the quality.

Remember that touch with one foot and instant shot that was ruled offside last season? Quality.

Brings with him not just skill, but energy and running. He may be frustrating at times, but the one thing he will always give is 100% effort. We looked so flat until he came on.

Tough one now, as whilst it was only the one game he's looked better from the bench

Let's hope this is the catalyst for him regaining his Southampton form
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"

I know I've been slagging him off a lot, but today he deserves credit, turned the game around. And my main grief with him was never his ability, but the fact that he was a bottler - well he was anything but that at Norwich, please let this be a sign of him stepping it up! If not, I still stand by what I've said.

Well Klopp again reiterated in the bbc post match that he sees Lallana as a firm starter.

Got a feeling Klopp really likes Lallana.
                  Another MASSIVE game

Klopp has a soft spot - for the soft emoji-player Lalalalala -
who one day turns up to be genious almost having a touch like Michael Laudrup

                    and

the next day is immature, running into hidding places, giving away every second pass, taking extra stepovers instead of passing to a free man etc.

He seems so emotionally influenced in his concentration and ability. If Klopp can train him in this perspective, I trust he can be more genious than waste.

Maybe Lallana has had a time of growth, when Couthinho has been out - now he is needed to turn up.

Lallana seems to be much better when he's moving on to the ball. When he takes it stationary that's pretty much how it stays.

klopp has obviously promised lallana some extra big hugs if he tries a bit harder.

lallana keen to be kloppo's lapdog
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

There have been a lot of games where he huffs and puffs, fades out, and makes wrong decisions. Yesterday, there was a lot of space, so he was good to exploit that. When teams are sat back, or defensively organised, he hasn't looked good.

Still has a lot to do, but it wouldn't surprise me if Klopp kept him as a squad player next season, especially with the English quota and all that malarkey.

He's been pretty **** for us in general, lets hope this can give him the kickstart he so desperately needs.

I actually wonder did he mean to hit it into the ground???

In reality he won us the points.

He has lost us a lot more points though.....and the fact that it was his first goal in 10 months says it all.
