Not going by his efforts on the pitch there wasn't. His efforts to get away last summer and his lack of an apology to us this summer showed something else to me. Doesn't matter though. He's great, but he's no longer ours

True, doubt they will lose it though. Anyway we've already seen with Sanchez that even if we had first option it doesn't count for much if the player is not arsed.

Absolutely gutted to see him go but I sincerely wish him all the best and hope he rips it up in La Liga. Barca are now my second team and unlike other star strikers who have left us, I fully understand and respect this move by Luis. A proper legend.

We've been privelleged to have one of the best players to have ever played the game at LFC for the last few years. As much of a liability he had the potential to be he was still an awesome footballer. As two footed as you could wish for, driven, determined, skillful and utterly insane when it comes to trying things other footballers would never even think of doing.



Don't think you can truly 'replace' a player like Suarez, you just have to learn to play with someone else.
