I know where you're coming from but I think his exit would be more stage managed than a surprise sale at short notice. It would be announced at least six months ahead with laps of honour etc.Originally posted by Deano View PostJust a thought, first £150m/€200m transfer, they've an ageing team that needs replacementLast edited by Kenneth; 17-07-14, 12:43 AM.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years

Fair enough, first time i've seen them, and there was a **** load! but i have no idea as i only watched these two start, then posted them.Originally posted by EwarWoo View PostI find those 442oons cringe-worthily bad.
Saw one which was funny once so tried quite a few more and they were all utter ****e.
So i can't really judge.

In their minds, rightly or wrongly, you would assume based on this decision they believe if he stays out of the news for a while memories will fade, tempers will calm and the smirch on football will be forgotten.
Any exposure jeopardises that.
Its about protecting their brand, not about punishing Suarez and certainly not about helping charities, they couldn't give a hoot about that.

If anything it would have made sense to enforce some charity events on him. To help him show contrition and do some good while he's banned etc.Originally posted by rcasemore View PostDoes he need any more exposure? I'd say probably not and that exposure would be being used for the good of a charity; essentially a ridiculous decision from the FIFA top brass.
Pisstake.

He's involved in one of the biggest transfers in history, involving two of the biggest clubs in the world.
That exposure jeopardies all of it. There's probably some regulation regarding the restriction of movement for a person, but he's still in the news. His name is splattered across all the footballing websites, newspapers, national news, forums, Facebook, Twitter etc.
