I remember when Firmino was constantly giving the ball away to the opposition and missing sitters. Didn't take long for Klopp to sort him out. Origi, apart from his goals, seems to link up really well with Mane, some nice flicks and runs knowing what Mane is thinking in general. Now he's linking with Lallana too. Its all good.

Mane and Origi linked brilliantly yesterday , didn't know he had that in his locker , was great to see the quick one twos and movementOriginally posted by BigChief View PostI remember when Firmino was constantly giving the ball away to the opposition and missing sitters. He's had it in him since he joined, even before. Its just managers have f*cked him about none more so than the idiot Brendan. I used to like Brendan but imagine what could have been if he gave Origi a chance instead of insisting on fecking Benteke. We'd have a Drogba on our hands already.Originally posted by gratziani View PostMane and Origi linked brilliantly yesterday , didn't know he had that in his locker , was great to see the quick one twos and movementOne tit for another.

Not many strikers that can score everything they play! He's really starting to blossom. Being critical of him, and hey he's still learning, against WHU at the weekend he was fairly static - certainly compared to Firmino, Mane and Lallana - and didn't really go into the whole fluid movement thing which the others seem so good at. A minor quibble.James Philip Milner Fanclub #1

yeah brilliant for him - he's only going to get better. I like the fact it's all quite understated by everyone else....oh origi has scored 5 in 5.
if this was Martial there would be public holidays being announced.
plenty of things for him to work on develop, but the fact he's getting the goals whilst doing this is whats key to me.i own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do

Something I like about him is his relentless energy and willingness to press.
He does over dribble it sometimes but he's getting better.
Clearly has quality in abundance though and he's thriving off playing for us. He loves it.Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

Always, keep your face to the sun, and shadows will fall behind you.

Come off it! Rodgers was gone within about 10 games of Origi arriving.
He didn't have him long enough to do any damage and he actually gave him 2 or 3 starts in that time too..

5 goals on the bounce for a 21 year old who had been out of the team for ages is sensational.Modifying post.

the way the lad stood there waiting for the ball to bounce like a young carefree child watching a balloon drifting by on a light summers breeze [vs bournemouth] and the guy just took the ball off him and passed for the goal
for all his endeavors in the final third he will only become a decent player when he is really concentrating and putting the effort in all around the pitch.removing all the weak links makes us stronger
too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

He gets much love from the Kop. I am surprised that the commentators on TV never say as much.
It will be very interesting to see how Klopp handles his game time when all of our other strikers are fit. 6 weeks ago, if we needed a goal with 15 mins to go, then most of us would have said Sturridge is the man to call on. Well Origi has challenged that somewhat in the last 5 games.
In 1 or 2 years time, he could be one of the best in Europe. I can imagine a scenario where we have 3 players - maybe Coutinho, Firmino and Mane - all supporting Origi up front.
