Maybe because there's also the Real speculation and the fact he's into the final year of his contract to also consider?

Yes of course it could well purely be because Klopp is leaving, but also it may be something more, given the current uncertainty over his situation that will remain until a contract extension is announced.

Not sure how it was second guessing the obvious when there is also a genuine element of uncertainty over his future, along with the more apparent reason for emotion on the day.
