I'd be made up if he misses the Euros, it's a Covid disaster in the making and it would mean a complete rest followed by a proper pre-season.

Regardless of the Covid situation the guy is knackered and needs a break. And if missing the Euros means he has a point to prove next season as well as a break over the summer so much the better. The same applies to a few others too.

Trent is basically winger that also has to defend. He needs protection to allow him to play his natural game.
