What I know is that he made an absolute cunt of it.Last edited by danperkins; 30-05-22, 04:19 PM.

Curious...how long had Keita been on before that 'shot' and how many touches of the ball had he had? Can't have been long/many which would go someway to explaining the lack of timing on the effort.

This point is a really important insight.Originally posted by Harv View Post.... Its not even always about scoring the goal either, its the threat that pulls defences out. You can see teams don't rate our players striking from range with how much possession they give us outside the box.

Just imagine Robbo in the same position - what would he have doneOriginally posted by Buzzo View PostWe aren’t going to agree here.
Look at the clip. He goes outside of his foot to the exact area (well his intention is) where the keeper is leaning towards as well as where the majority of defenders are.
He has. So. Much. Time.
Anyway it’s done now. You’re wrong I’m right, let’s move on

It’s all ****ing moot anyway - peak Stevie G wasn’t scoring vs go go gadget Courtois - it was written in the stars this one….

Bet you he puts it on target more often than not. He scored the same bloody goal a month or so ago didnt he??
Only if he turned around with that stupid grin he does when he ****s something up.

No its not, come off it.Originally posted by Buzzo View PostIt’s technically terrible. Naby has shown he is much better than that, I’ll bet you any money he was pondering what he should have done with the chance as he went to sleep. If he takes a touch then he gives himself options. He’s got to take the touch, the shot he tries is a 1 in a 100 chance.
If Mane had done the same you’d be all over him btw

Just laughing at the thought of some of you lot being all, “ah, it’s cool man, at least he had a shot, unlucky” when we are one nil down in the 80th minute of the CL Final. I’d be fuming whoever it was. And I have myself pegged as the very barometer of a reasonable and calm supporter.

Nothing more behind this comment other than the dynamic duo of the old fashioned eye test and gut feeling, but I have a feeling that the likes of City and Chelsea will not fare much better than us.I think this is the point?Originally posted by Harv View PostYou reckon?
Mount and Kovacic have definitely scored a few from distance, and Reece James, Alonso, Rudiger
City, well KDB, Gundogan, Rodri, Mahrez, Cancelo are always a massive threat.

Confused now.
