You realise you just made a case for the prosecution?

Let's see how he finishes the season, there is a real player in there, I just don't feel we've seen it yet and with the way things have gone for him so far, not sure we ever will.

Afcon could actually be a blessing if he can get fit for it and do well there.

Sadio Mané on Naby Keita's English: Naby doesn't speak English very well. A week ago, Naby was having breakfast, the Physical preparator came to Naby and told him : "You're coming back from injury, now we're going to try to go around the field first.", Sadio Mane: "and Naby replied: Yeah Yeah i like eggs." I say to Naby: "You tell me you understand English but you say: "I like my eggs."

I wonder what the issue is there. I mean, clearly not everyone is a natural linguist, but after two years odd, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a basic level of language to be there.

I wonder what his German was like?

He knew he was coming for at least a year and now had 18 months here. Plus the amount of time he's had out injured it's pretty unacceptable he can't understand basics.

He should just get those tapes from that guy who reckons you only need to learn 500 words to learn a language. It’s not like they are training form 9-5:30 he’d have it done within 6 months.

I kinda feel for him, can't be a lot of fun being in a foreign country and not having a clue. He's not really settled, as in having a family or wife here has he?

Maybe he'll just mature a bit later on like some kids do.

                            Can't play 2 games in a week

He has potential but we need more than potential if we are going to be a top team over a few seasons.

                            I'd sell him

                                Its the 1st of March..

We can't sell him right now...

If he'd have played yesterday he'd have been scapegoated anyway....

Lets see where we are come May and make a decision then
