For me it’s Fab + 2. On current form that’s Gini and Hendo but I genuinely believe that Naby is the most talented of the rest of them but injuries have not allowed him to get going. I think the longer term midfield will be Fab, Naby and Hendo

Fabinho has Roy Keane / Patrick Vieria potential. But for me, Gini has been our best midfielder over the last 12 months

Also agree that Naby can become a star too.

In reality I think we have a very strong squad. Our midfield options of Fabinho, Henderson, Wjinaldum, Oxlade, Milner, Keita, Shaqiri, Lallana......that is serious quality. If Oxlade and Keita can get full fitness and form in the second half of this season, then they could really.add strength to our team and squad.

Broadly agree with the sentiment above but the jury is still out on Keita for me. As much as I want him to be a success he just doesn’t look right to me. There’s something of the rabbit in the headlights about him to my mind and suspect he will go down as the blot in this era’s copy book as regards transfers.

Wijnaldum, Fabinho, Henderson are my first choice midfield right now.

But look at the alternative -

Oxlade-Chamberlain, Keita, Milner

Still a great midfield that is!

At chelsea I'd go hendo instead of Ox. At home I'd play the more creative and quicker player in Ox. Fab has the holding role sown up.

Keita did that often for Leipzig, not sure why he doesn't let rip. That second from Ox is probably the best goal I'll see this season, it was no hit and hope.
