Yep if he’s as good as he thinks he is why wasn’t there a decent offer for him? He’s a great number 2 keeper but I’m not sure how I’d feel with him between the sticks for the whole season. Something above £20m & he’s yours should be said in the summer
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

On the basis that if we sold kellher then we would require a number 2. So I guess this made reasonable sense as its one for one plus money. I guess they just didn't put up enough to tempt us.

We’d honestly be better off sticking Curtis Jones or someone in goal than even considering Turner.

The £7m offer was low. £7m + Turner is even more insulting.

My preferred choice as our Goalie. He has everything Alilison has. Plus being a former midfielder, he is so comfortable with the ball at his feet

Think you'll be in the minority but it is starting to become a difficult choice, especially considering how often Allison is unavailable.

I understand what you are saying. For me we look more solid when passing it around at the back. His shot stopping abilty is off the scale. Especially when facing double chances in quick succesion. He has fantastic reflexes and agility

I think he's already made that choice by signing Giorgi Mamardashvili

For me Kelleher lacks aggression, presence & a physicality; good luck to him wherever he ends up

Not really. We have Ali's replacement got, and Kelleher has told the club he wishes to leave at the end of the season.

So the only decision next season is whether the new guy starts the season or if we give him time to bed in.

The best thing I can say about him is that we haven't missed Allison in the slightest and he is much more composed with the ball at his feet than Allison which does indeed suit how we seem to want to play.

Yeah he’s been absolutely flawless. A fantastic keeper.

Ali is still a level above for me, maybe it’s silly to think so but I’m convinced Ali would’ve saved the Brighton goal. Kelleher is good enough to start for many Pl clubs but he isn’t better than Ali, however given the injuries Ali gets then it’s great having Kelleher around

He’ll only have 1 year left in his contract in the summer, a bargain for someone. If I’m Chelsea, then he’s top of my list to buy

He'll make an excellent number 1 he's just been unlucky to have probably the best keeper IMO in the world ahead of him.

I could see Ali saving the Saka goal that put Arsenal 1 up too.

And I know it’s pedantic because it was ruled out for handball anyway, but I think he’d save the Frimpong ‘goal’ last night in the event if it had counted.

Kelleher is very good, but I wouldn’t have anyone ahead of Ali.
