I think he should be moved on now.

Potentially upsetting the moral in the squad? He seems popular amongst the players. Despite him being so ****e, we're top of two leagues. Absolutely no requirement to move him on now. I much prefer it when he starts up top with Diaz on the left.

Plus what type of mental ****housery celebrating would he do if we win the league? He'd be hanging off the bus or setting off fireworks. He's unpredictable and chaotic which are two of the best traits any human can have.

I think it would be risky if it meant weakening the squad at this point, but if we brought someone of good repute in as a replacement, it could have the opposite effect. But we won't make major squad changes in Jan I feel.

As much as I think he is crap, he does have a few uses, and the squad seem to be quite tightly knit. I think we should keept the players together for now. We already brought in Cheisla up front.

Another player up front will cause friction imho. Id rather we brought in a CB where we are short, and maybe a DM to allow some rotation to keep Macca and Gravy fit

Not now no of course not.. He can be an important squad player for rest of the season. That's all he'll ever be though and I'm sure he wants more than that.

I wouldn’t sell in January but come the summer it is time.

Agreed - I like him and obviously want hime to succeed but I just don’t think he’s got what it takes

“Liverpool have turned down a verbal offer in the region of £70million for Darwin from Al-Hilal,” Sam McGuire wrote.

“The Merseyside club value their striker at closer to the £85million mark. Michael Edwards is handling negotiations and believes he can get the asking price for the striker.”

As if. That would be some wizardy stuff. Also, I don't think Edwards is in that role per se.

**** I'd snap their hands off

Will be interesting to see what kind of forward we would go for. I'd probably take the cash and go for Cunha from Wolves and Jonathon David on a free from Lille too in the summer

Don't see how the club could possibly turn down that sort of money for him at the moment. I call 100% bull****.

He just doesn't fit our system now. His best qualities are wasted, he gets **** all chances created for him with our more controlled/slow build up and his confidence is rock bottom. Just don't see how this current situation can carry on tbh.

70m? I doubt we would turn that down for our 5th choice striker

Surely we would snap their hand off for 70m quid, unless there was something funky re the payment structures

                                Just smells like BS
