It was only ever to give me a kick start as I said. I'm back on wholemeal stuff now and keeping up the exercise so it's all good
but didn’t drink tho i did have a chicken/bacon in a cheesy bbq sauce and chips to eat which will be my last ‘unhealthy’ meal – for my tea I had a seafood stir fry that i really enjoyed. Cheap and quick to make plus quite tasty as a bought a fresh seafood cocktail that i just lobbed in with the stir fry.
- but about to go too asda so i can get all my healthy food in for the rest of this week
