The pair of them sound like complete and utter nobheads. But then I find myself thinking that of pretty much every boxing bout.

No, it's a contrived pile of absolute ****e
I've not set foot in a boxing ring in about 12 years and figure i could still set my feet and throw a punch better than Benn

No one interested in the Benn Eubank fight. Interested in the weight issue having an effect.

Tragic
A reminder of what these guys put on the line every time they enter the ring

I might be a bit mean to him with what I said, but even a thick boxer would have known what he was about to do was a classless act.
I'm not so sure I would say he is on the spectrum, but I do think his level of intelligence is probably on the low to very low side.
Whatever his story is I do hope that disrespectful act comes back to bite him hard. It's not a Rocky movie where you barge in when a man is on the mic tanking his family and loved ones and then half arse your supposedly "tough guy" challenge.
That's twice now Usyk has been shown serious dispresect in the ring right after a fight. Joshua did it when he went off on his weird rant that smacked of entitlement, and now Lenny has done the same.
And yes, I am going to keep calling him Lenny from here on in as that crap has earned him the moniker.
The same goes for that slimy POS Frank Warren. Would not expect any sort of class of dignity from a leech like him, but he still deserves criticism whenever he reminds the world what an odious little bottom feeder he is.
Every one knows the proper way to go about things is to come onto EST and issue a challenge and if the champ does not respond then the challenger wins by default.
So with that in mind
Yo, Usyk.
Patrick street. New Year's Eve. 15:00.
I don't see you there, then I'm the new Lineal heavyweight champion of the world.

Yep. Does not matter whether you use the eye test or look at the stats, Usyk was in control throughout.
Landed more punches, landed more scoring punches be they jabs, power punches etc.
Greater punch accuracy throughout the fight. Was the aggressor for most of the fight. Whenever Fury had a spell of getting control of the centre of the ring, Usyk quickly countered it and got back on the front foot.
All Fury's rubbish at the press conference about being robbed and how he was on the front foot for twelve rounds were just the ramblings of a sore loser.
Fury did fight well, and he did really well for those rounds during which he was gassed (really well as he hung in there and did not cave in when he was trying to suck in air like a drowning man), but he was second best for the majority of that fight.
I think his extra weight saved him in the end ( rather than what a lot of saying abut how it hindered him) because I think had he been a stone or two lighter he still would have gassed as his cardio has always been average even when lighter (especially when compared to that of Usyk rather than that of the guys Fury has beaten in the past) and without the extra weight to provide some resistance I think some of the clean shots Usyk landed might have scored a knockdown or two.
I also hope he (Usyk) sticks around for a couple fights more and in one of those fights he again knocks out Lenny Dubois (if he gets past Parker) as that gob****e was utterly classless with the way he went into the ring with his con man promoter after the fight.
Part of me would love to see Usyk have his final fight at Crusier if he could safely get his weight down and win the lineal title so that he was the Opetaia champ at two weights at the same time. Then do a mic drop and leave the sport with his senses intact and his bank balance healthy.
No doubt the next thing for Fury will be talk of retirement followed by a fight against Joshua that both will have the rubber necks to claim is a clash of the best on the division. The Fury of the weekend beats current Joshua for me. Gassing would not be an issue against Joshua as Joshua is no great shakes on that front either.

This is boxing, you don't get points for being fat.Originally posted by spud_gun View PostZero controversy. Telling that 20 stone Fury only scored a single round on one judges scorecard after the 5th.
I hope Usyk retires now. He shouldn't end his career fighting bums like Dubios or Parker. Go out at the very top with nothing to prove to anyone.
Boxing? Completed it mate

Comfortable for Usyk for me. Fury's success was usually in bursts and wouldn't necessitate winning a round. He and Warren are deluded. No controversy here.
