It's a UFC fight (there are probably examples on boxing but I can't think from the top of my head) but go watch Congo vs Barry.

Heavyweights are never out of a fight - he could have caught Joshua. You are only meant to stop a fight when a fighter can't defend themselves. Takam was, and could defend himself, he was wobbled but nowhere close to being out. Wlad took more punishment from Joshua.

Takam deserved to either see the fight out or hit the deck.

He had ten rounds and didn't cause Joshua any trouble. He didn't even mark him. I don't think he won any round.

Doctors can also stop a fight due to an injury and those cuts were really affecting him. The doctor may have advised the ref, I thought he was going to stop it on the second time out.

It was a premature stop but the fighter was protected. I've no issue with that.

Bit of a joke stoppage imo, the fella deserved the chance to go the distance. Had his guard up, legs looked solid...unfortunate imo. Decent scrap in the end, thought the headbutt was possibly deliberate thought it made it interesting.

His voice has been like that for a good while now. It's definitely got to be a thyroid gland problem imo

Would love to see him back. I've always been team Fury

Wilder KO'd Stiverne in R1 last night. Bizarre, after the first knockdown Stiverne gets up and Wilder stands totally motionless in front him, doing nothing at all and with his hands down by his side. Stiverne didn't even hit him, was just waiting to be KO'd.

Stiverne was embarrassingly out of shape....Wilder is just too wild and I still back AJ to knock him out
