I saw that. There are similarities but it's a lot less boring than cricket.

Although I wouldn't compare the Tour de Wallonie to the Ashes (or the Tour de France).

You know it's more common to call cycling chess on wheels?
    .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Well I would argue that you are wrong. Very very wrong. But no I hadn't. Chess on wheels sort of works. But I cant relate to chess, its a board game.

According to my Sky Box it's on British Eurosport 2.

England batting coach Graham Gooch on Kevin Pietersen's fitness ahead of the third Ashes Test on 1 August: "I couldn't give you a definitive answer on that. All I know is he's got a bit of a calf strain. He'll be having treatment between now and Old Trafford, but whether the medical team can pass him fit for that match we won't know until closer to the time.

"The selectors will decide if they need cover, I'm confident there's some good talent. James Taylor made his England debut last year and showed up pretty well at Headingley, Nick Compton has been in the side this winter, and there will be one or two others who have done well for the Lions so they will have to look at the possible options."

More from Australia coach Darren Lehmann, who says both spin bowlers, Ashton Agar and Nathan Lyon, could play in the third Ashes Test at Old Trafford on 1 August.

"History shows it spins a bit and reverses so maybe two spinners, but we'll just have to look at that when we get to Manchester. Ash's only young, he's been a great young lad and he'll continue to improve. If it's going to spin there's no doubt we'll certainly look at two spinners."

Im not having this for a second mate. Out of all of them hot spots the key! Its the only one that cant lie, if anything hits the bat, it will leave a mark. There are many things that can make sounds.

Not strictly true. There was a lot of chat last year of players putting stuff like vaseline on the edges of their bats. Don't know how true it all is, but apparently the coating was enough to deceive Hotspot.

Yeah but thats blatant cheating if thats the case. Like chewing mints and rubbing the sugary spit on the ball to shine it up better like you ****ers did in 05. Ive never seen a ball swing like that in my life

How many Ashes Tests have we won on the trot now?

I know Australia have lost six Tests on the spin.
