Why dont they implement some sort of sensors on bat edges that is full proof and crease technology.

Why would anyone want to do that? The number of correct decisions has improved. Why would anyone want to make it worse?

In this instance there's enough room for error for the decision to be overturned. He hasn't done it. Due to it being a video system and incorrect decisions being made then more questions are going to be raised especially when wrong decisions are clearly made.

Just don't agree with the system. Maybe they need to limit it in use. If the wrong decision carry on then it's going to get binned I imagine
What's the point? The point is it has improved the number of correct decisions! The system can be utilised better maybe - but today's decision was just human error which has always happened and will always happen. I've never heard a single cogent argument against the use of DRS.

I'm really not sure what's difficult to understand about a proven reduction in bad decisions.

Critics of DRS have gone beyond having any reasonable argument against the system and descended into the "well-if-it's-not-perfect-why-use-it" fallacy. Foolishness.

Im perfectly fine with that though. Thems the breaks in cricket. But when you go to a review system and still get it so wrong, whats the point of it. 7% increase in correct decisions.....thats **** all, not even 1 in 10 FFS.

But it is an increase, ergo it's better than before. And with better umpires and better use of the system it will continue to get better. Scrapping DRS would be foolish and a surefire way of ensuring more incorrect decisions.
