4th in the averages and has hit 81no, hope Warner ****s up

I can imagine the sledging will intensify with him playing.

Haha yeah can't wait to see us terrorise that Warner cunt.

          KP definitely plays.

It feels weird and wrong being a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk from an Ashes Test match at Old Trafford and not being there

Go down and wait for someone to get chucked out then nab their ticket

Sounds like Lyon in for Agard.

As for the weather, still looks fine. A bit of rain about on Saturday, but I'll be surprised if we lose more than a couple of hours play.
no i'm not. Well 'technically' i am, but that was the point

We bat all day thurs/fri - sat rained off, bat all day monday and declare - that's 1 innings England

Oz going into bat Monday - but they're ****ed - draws forced, cook is happy.

                      KP fit England unchanged.

Huh? I could walk up and stand outside, or watch every ball on telly. Not a tough choice.

i mean - how have you not organised and got tickets for every day and gone

                            it's just up the road

                              re the popping along

if it was me, i lived that close the ground, i worked from home, i would have been so tempted to just pop down this morning, have a little walk, and see if someone was selling a ticket

that's what i was getting at - how have you managed to stay home/work (or whatever it is you do )

You think that's bad. Once I was living half a mile away from the last day of a Test match being played in front of a small crowd with lots of spare seats available if you turned up on the day. I could easily have gone but instead chose to watch it all on television in my bedroom.

It was day five of the Botham Test at Headingley.
                                .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.
