Ive been running and getting better every time. My 5K is now almost back to where it was when I was at my fittest. Just sub 30 minutes. But I need to smash through that and keep going to get better.

Not run since Sunday as I have had a dose of food poisoning, but i'm hopefully going to go out later and get one in.

Went for an excellent 10km technical mountain bike ride. Climbing hills and tackling switchbacks. Even managed some jumps! Utterly drained today though and I've had a headache all day.

I've taken rehydration tablets but I'm still feeling a bit dry. Might try some rock salt and warm water.

Just did a steady 8 miler. Nice night but my thoughts were mainly switching between 'what the **** am u doing out running at 9pm on a Friday?' And 'why did I have that chicken tikka 2 hours ago?'. Nice though. Good to be getting a few miles in again.

More off than on. I didn't run for about 6/7 months. Zero exercise. So I thought I should start it off properly.

I know what you mean though, what's the point in doing it 10 times. I just need to follow it though. I have the habit now. Im pushing myself to keep it going, part of the reason Im posting here. Need to keep motivation.
