Keep on at it! It gets a little trickey around week 5/6. But break its back and crush it

I think the challenge after finishing it is actually sticking at it. Need to keep the motivation going.

I'm on week 3 of the couch to 5k bitches

Doing it with my wife and 10 year old who has finally had his asthmatic condition correctly diagnosed and treated.
He'd never have been able to do this a month ago and is loving it.

Think im going to look into new trainers soon. One of my ankles starts to ache about 20 minutes into the run. Im pretty sure its because of little support on my foot. So ill see how that goes.

25 minutes straight running last night. Getting better all the time. My fitness is improving and my stomach is slowly getting smaller

Going out again tonight, the dog seems to be loving it too. Just jogs along side me looking up every few strides
That's good Alex, keep it up!

I haven't ran in a few weeks (been in the gym 5 times a week instead), but I'm going to try and run a 10km on my lunch hour today. It's going to hurt!

    Haha oh yeah that's right!

Crossfit does involve exercises with a weights vest.

Now at the part of the plan that is just running without breaks and walking. So from here on it actually feels like ill be making progress. Enjoying it, but they have closed off a path that I use to get to the river that I run along. So its been a bit annoying trying to find a new route I can run with the dog.

20 minutes non stop tonight. Which is probably the longest I have run without stopping for 18 months. Rather than being happy I did it, I am just embarrassed I have let myself slip to this. More motivation though.
