    Miles off mate. Id be around 35m if I was even managing 5k.

    Couch to 5k takes about 5 weeks to get to that distance. So its a few weeks off yet.

    Yes it is. It's making me think I should try to focus on running a bit faster and building up my distance, rather than plodding through the kilometres.
