Good luck mate! My partner did her first half marathon the other week and swore never to do one again

Miles off mate. Id be around 35m if I was even managing 5k.

Running again has made me remember why I enjoyed it so much the first few times round. My stated goal of a sub 25m 5K time is something I really want to achieve. Does not seem easy from my current fitness levels
