    Bumper bump

3 legends on here who've amazed me with their generosity

Anything will be greatly appreciayed. A pound will do, have a look down the sofa, cancel tomorrow's Starbucks visit, don't have that extra pint, take a pack luck to work and help fight cancer with us.

So far since 4th January, I've lost 10lbs, dropped body fat by 3%, not had a drop of alcohol I started the month 14st 3lbs and am aiming to be 13st or under by 31st Jan for the event. I've done this by pretty much starving myself through the week and surviving on 600 calories a day. Every pound I'm over 13st will make running that much harder

Anyone had problems with their hips? I had a month or so out recently (through laziness), and have only done 3 runs in the last 2 weeks or so, but since the last one my left hip is killing me, to the point that it's waking me up in the night. It's the outer part on the side of my leg which is giving me gyp, watched/read a few things and that seems to be the least serious place it can be which is something. One side is tender to touch and the other side just hurts all of the time. Considering going the doctors but he'd probably just tell me to rest. Have had lower back issues in the last year or two and tight hamstrings. Could it all be linked? Someone suggested going to a chiropractor but that seems a bit much.

Yeah I'd say they'd be a good bet. My ankles seems to have healed finally (took years) but I still like the idea of the support these would give. Especially on longer runs.

They get great reviews. I've got my eye on the Clifton 2 for Christmas.

XRay came back "normal" but it's still giving me grief and I haven't even ran or biked for over 2 weeks. Am away on business for next week or so in Vietnam so will be resting it a further 2 weeks at least

If it's no better when I come back gonna get a scan on it
