Thanks Pabs. I actually enjoyed this one Didn't feel as tough as the first one we did last year, so rather than ****ting myself at the start of every obstacle I just got stuck in and enjoyed it. Hopefully doing a couple more in August/September.

Have you had a look for deals? They do 50% or 25% off deals every once in a while, which is still expensive to be honest but worth a look if you did want to do one.

Interesting. I think I'd have to give them a try before considering buying them though.

Did a Tough Mudder on Saturday, don't know if that counts as running but i'm counting it. Was nearly 11 miles after all

My target is to break 100km this month.

Annoyingly last year they changed it to 3:05 or else i could have got in under 3:15! I've entered the ballot so fingers crossed, although i wont hold my breathe as i got in after about the fifth attempt!

I've always worn your normal style runners, but want to try and get away from heel striking/running flat footed and these apparently encourage it.

Don't want to spend anymore than £80.

Managed to do the London Marathon in 3:10 so was well chuffed, was aiming for 3:30 and just kinder kept going.

The crowd support is unparalleled, haven't experienced anything like that anywhere!
