7.9km park run with a few chin up reps etc thrown in. Not sure what i did to my stomach muscles last week but they absolutely killed when doing chin ups. Felt like i was having some sort of full-frontal hernia going on so had to jib the stations and just jog for most of it.

Tonight was my first time back at boxing training since my twins were born some 15 months ago.

I've easily put on a couple of stone since then.

Already starting to feel myself stiffen. I'm going to be in utter agony tomorrow, probably unable to move

Debated with myself for the last couple of weeks as wether i should go back or just join another gym. Feeling pleased that i made the decision to go back. Few jibes about my 'baby weight' but other than that it was as though nothing had changed.

7.1km. I found it pretty tough going, as expected.
Pablo's last run added back on, as it had dropped off.

Edit: and wiw's. That's some pretty slapdash updating you did there Bacon

I know everyone says it but the crowd will really help when the pain kicks in. I've always suffered with cramp over 16 miles and i've started taking these S! Caps which contains sodium and potassium as well as a whole other host of electrolytes and i'm hoping this is going to help me through especially when it gets hot. I used them on the Ultra and i really noticed a big difference to my muscles - they were tired but not cramping. http://www.succeedscaps.com/products/s_caps/

Jogged up to the sports centre and joined in with the non-running drills, which involved a lot of movement and pressure.
The foot feels fine today, no new soreness! So looks like I am getting over it just in time for a bit of a run this weekend!
So fingers crossed I should be ok for the Marathon next Sunday!

Managed 7 miles yesterday and 9 and a bit today. First time I've put in consecutive days for four months. Legs feel shagged but the bits that were ****ed don't seem to be misfiring too much.

I'm really slow though. Pace has deserted me massively
