I have damaged the sole of my foot, right by the toes and can't seem to shake it. I feel fine whilst running, but the moment I stop it is agony! Hope it sorts itself out for the 26th April!

I've started tapering down now before the Liverpool Half on the 29th. I'm a little concerned I will lose my fitness in this next 10 days or so while downing my mileage. Do I still push it a bit on these shorter runs or do I just take them easy?
