Pop in for a cuppa if you go through Caterham

That's madness, and does sound pretty dangerous without proper training. Anyway good luck you lunatic!

    Pablo: 17.7km

+6.5km. All at 5 mins/km. Nine runs in after about 6 weeks off and the fitness starting to come back again now thankfully.

Has anyone integrated Micoach with Strava? I've got a load of runs saved in micoach but my running partner uses Strava. Apparently all workouts are saved in .gpx format and can be imported in to Strava. Is that right?

+5.5km. Still trying to get back into shape after two pretty lazy months!
It's really tough to get back in to it. I'm going to try to run 2min, walk 1 later and get up to 7k. No aches or pains though which is great

Badminton for an hour at 8 tonight too

I'm up to 3 miles a couple of times a week. Going to try adding a third day next week to see if the knee and foot will take it.

I hear you. My chakras are misaligned leading to qi-leakage. I need to do a rebirthing course.
