suffering from a bit of metatarsalgia which isn't great and means I'm stiffer than usual as I'm over compensating when walking about. Weirdly running and footie is fine after about 10 minutes.

According to google research, the only way to get rid of it is calf stretches and similar exercises whilst wearing a butt plug!!

YeH Pablo ... I'm having a crack at the NYC half in 4 weeks. Trying to do at least 3 runs per week with long run on the weekend. Struggling to get a long one in this weekend after coming down to Melbourne for the cricket. My PB is under 2hours (1:59:35!!) so would like to improve on that if possible

    Cheers

What happened to poor Rowan by the way? Is he still injured?

I think it makes sense for it to be in General Sports. I would have preferred to have kept it to just running though.

Did anyone own up to merging it anyway?

This is bollocks. It's change for the sake of it. It's cleary the work of some bottomfeeding gimp who spotted some low hanging fruit and thought concept consolidation needed urgent actualising going forward.
