    Weigh in and I'm down to 13 stone 8 lbs

    2 more lbs and I'll have lost a stone since xmas and only lost about half an inch muscle mass all round. Fat levels are now 20/21 compared to 27/28 when I started.

    Went to the gym tonight and for most of my session I was alone, it was excellent, gave me a chance to try new things without embarrassment

    Roman Chair looks very daunting. But as much as it does make you feel it will definitely become part of my routine. Couldn't get hang on squats, just fear for my knees too much. Everything else as is.

    Weighed myself and came out at a ridiculously heavy 124KG. Last time I decided it was time to drop some weight I was at 145KG and managed to get to 105 before losing motivation. So not quite got back to where I as, but got bad enough for it to be disgusting.

    Should be about 85KG, but I am heavily built so would be happy with anything below 95.
