Or just start new threads in the 'general sports' section. Norb's sit up challenge ended up in that section and where I think this type of thread who sit best. With the obligatory IMO

I think it should be up to the person who merged it to sort the mess out. Not that I'd dream of mentioning who it was.

This thread is a bit of a mess now I have to say
Very different longstanding threads all muddled together. They definitely read an awful lot better as individual threads. I can see why you'd merge them together if you didn't read any of them, but if you did then it made no sense to combine them at all! Sorry, whichever well intending soul merged, but that's just how it is :/
Wouldn't fancy trying to unmerge them though, would be a ****ing nightmare

I feel dirty posting it in the running thread, however, was well proud and also dissapointed tonight.
I've been going well at the gym. Walked down there in the pissing rain. Dropped the family off at the swimming pool and looked up the closest gym so I didn't miss a session. Coming down with a head cold and headed down regardless. Really getting into the rhythm. Every Mon, Wed, Fri without fail, 20 mins walk there and back, 1 hour of weights (I alternate legs and upper body so I keep the heart rate up) and some cycling when I can be arsed.
This week I've been smashing it. Pushing myself to the point where lifting anything is impossible.
Also not had a single afternoon choccy bar except for today, my 1 off Friday lapse. not a single lapse all week into lazy **** it I'll make chips.
And for all that over the last week I lost 1 kilo. FFS.
Not quite as bad as it sounds, I've piled on a ton of muscle, but still, after as heavy week very disappointing.
