Haven't posted on here for a while but glad to see the running thread "still running".
Since last year, I have qualified as a Leader in Running Fitness through UK Athletics and been part of a drive in collaboration with the local council and other run leaders to get people of all ages and abilities running in our local area. We have been running C25K groups and it's been great to watch people go from being out of breath from running for 60 seconds to complete a 5k after 9 weeks. C25K is how I started running about 3 years ago so I know it works. Got a lot of satisfaction from helping others get started on their running journey.

You can scan food item barcodes and add any kind of food and it will work out the nutrients, calories etc.

I started at 102kg, I'm down to 101kg now and I hope to be 96kg in 5 weeks.

My 40th is at the end of June so I'm aiming to be 85kg and much fitter!

Thanks FB, it's showing up now. You're a star.

I was just getting some shopping and the fella behind the till asked if I was doing anything this weekend. Told him and he said if it wasn't for people like me he'd not be around as he'd been saved from cancer. It's not me he needs to thank but the people who donate to the cause

Ignore that, it didn't create an account the first time. I registered using Facebook and all is good. Go Norbs!

10k today through muddy woods. It was like running through treacle.

Reached my sponsorship target early this evening, thank you again to those from here who sponsored me. Your generosity has amazed me

A really tough 10k this afternoon. I ran 5k down the rd and didnt realise it was slightly down hill most the way. The back half was hell. It didnt help that I'd only eaten 250 calories since I got up
