Get some kettlebells
Cheaper and easier to store and a good session on those is a really good work out

But they're more for muscle toning no? I need to do cardiovascular stuff as I'm completely unfit and probably have fairly clogged arteries

I use an exercise bike, 1.15 of going like a ****, 30 secs of easy, rinse repeat for 30-40 mins a day (when I dont walk).
Kettlebells take far more out of you and id never last 20 mins doing that let alone 40 mins.
I mainly go for a long walk these days along with footy training and a match on saturdays. It works.

I've had a genius plan as they sell them in Argos.
What sizes did you go for geez? 12kg is the heaviest I've seen. Seems a bit light to me?!

it depends what you're doing, you need more than one weight really.
Contrary to popular belief, I have huge genitals.

Why do I have a nagging doubt that someone is trying to stitch me up here?
Are you leading me down the garden path sunshine?
