Obviously, considering I just formulated a training plan based on shaving 0.01secs per stride. Right, **** you Assassin, I'm going to show you Mr Motivator

Don't forget to check white text either

Will screenshots suffice? I'm going to choose a lovely flat route and go at 7am tomorrow morning

Since I started cycling I've noticed my legs have got hairier, especially the one that was weaker following an operation. Don't know about "downstairs" though so I'm not advising you on that!
              .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Was gonna put this in the FB thread, but it's as well suited here. Here's the highlights of my mate's thread from last night:

Mate: What do you when someone craps on the floor in the gym toilets?!

                    (Various suggestions).

Me: Was it just laid there in wait in the trap ready to greet you proud as punch like some predatory oversized brown slug?

Mate: Nah it was worse than that Paul. I was in the stall next to someone, they started swearing & making a big fuss. When I was picking up my stuff I saw it under the parting. He then bolted out the door after trying to clear it up, leaving a massive skid mark.

**** is wrong with some people!?!

Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."
