Why not? If he tracks it, and avoids arrest, it counts . You're getting tetchy Lee. Are you feeling the pressure?

Running threads rule! What's this table lark though? Is it a weekly or monthly total and how do you get in the mix?
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

        Pressure is my middle name.

It's easy for you to give it the Barry when you're sat at the top of your perch. But I tell you what Pabs - if that's your real name - it won't last long.

Don't get too comfortable up there.

Monthly, although this one has had people start all through the month. So Feb will be a bit more of a competition.

Just a little competition, we've been adding up our mileage ran since Jan 16th (I think). Put yours on if you like, you'll probably storm to the top of the table.

I'm about to be overtaken by the floppy haired running God that is Rowan by the looks of things

Looks like I might not be able to run this lunch time either, we've got some important work that apparently needs doing ASAP and can't wait an hour

My dick is 7km long so it's not a problem for me!

I am pretty tight on Budget at the moment. So does anyone know of any around the £40 mark that are good all rounders?

These? I get 10% off at my local intersport. So I might pop in and see if I can try a pair on.

Yep they're a cracking shoe for the price - definitely try them on and see how you get on with them

They are a support shoe - for overpronators.

Might be an idea to get your gait analysed to see if they would be suitable.

Alex, as a guide, if you get wear on the outside of your soles you're likely an underpronator (that's me). If you get wear on the inside of you're soles you're likely an overpronator.
